Verbal Consultation: While walking through the property with the homeowner, or listing agent, we will make recommendations to optimize the presentation of the home. Our suggestions may include light fixture replacement, small cosmetic repairs, paint color ideas, and furniture/accessory placement to make the best use of the home’s floor plan. We will emphasize how to create focal points to accentuate the home’s best features. The homeowner is encouraged to take written notes.
The process will include up to 2 hours of our time - services starting at $150.

Written Consultation: We will visit the homeowners’ property and do a corner to corner, inside and out, detailed written assessment of the steps necessary to properly prepare the home to appeal to the maximum number of prospective buyers.
Houses up to 2,500 sq. ft. - $350.
Houses 2,501 sq. ft to 4,500 sq. ft. - $450.

Follow Up Inspection: Following either the Verbal or Written Consultation we will be happy to return to the property to ‘tweak’ and make final adjustments to the work completed by the homeowner. This final visit will ensure that the home appears warm and inviting to buyers.
$75/hr.

Full Staging for Occupied Homes: We are able to stage most homes using much of the homeowners’ furnishings and accessories. If a circumstance calls for adding a few pieces of furniture and some accessories, we are able to provide them from our extensive inventory for a rental fee. We place all furnishings and accessories during this process.
Since each home and property is unique, boasting different features, each job is quoted on an individual basis.

Gardening Services: As Master Gardeners, we provide gardening services such as seasonal plantings, flower boxes and container gardens to enhance your outdoor spaces. You only have one chance to make a great first impression and flowers will make your house stand out from the competition, and you can take your containers with you when you move.

Vacant & Model Homes: Our extensive inventory allows us to furnish your home so that it appeals to your targeted buyer group. Each house is quoted based on the number of rooms staged. Furniture rental fee will apply.

Shopping Service: For those who are staging to stay and are too busy, or not quite sure what is needed to set the perfect scene, we will do the shopping. We have extensive knowledge of the local furnishings market and are often able to get better prices through our network. We will deliver the items to your home and make placements as necessary.
$50/hr. plus the cost of goods.

Gift Certificates: We offer Gift Certificates in any amount - a perfect gift that will be appreciated by clients.
