the Multiple Listing Service and prior to placing the "For Sale" sign in the yard.

Accredited Staging Professional - ASP is the only nationally recognized designation for home staging professionals. Susan's accreditations insure she has the skills, talents, resources and knowledge to help homeowners and realtors prepare properties for sale.
Susan is also the President of the Rhode Island Chapter of IAHSP (International Association of Home Staging Professionals)
As a Master Gardener, who actively works on a variety of homes in South County, Susan has a of love nature and how it enhances our environment.
For more than 15 years Susan has been involved in staging, merchandising, design, and home decorating. Her varied experience in these fields is only enhanced by her passion and enthusiasm. As Susan states "My job as your stager is to increase the perceived value of your house by showcasing its space so potential home buyers can imagine themselves moving in."

Susan has been approved to teach Home Staging Courses to Realtors by both Rhode Island Association of Realtors (RIAR) and Kent Washington Association of Realtors (KWAOR).
